Accessing the Creative Cloud
Students
There is no additional cost for the license for students registered for classes at the Albuquerque (Main and Health Sciences Center), Taos, Los Alamos, or Gallup campuses. Access is obtained through the UNM online store (see instructions below). Provisioned students can get started with Creative Cloud today.
Visit the UNM webstore (click this link) and sign in with your preferred UNM NetID or HSC ID credentials.  Select the "Adobe Creative Cloud Annual Subscription – Student Access or Staff/Faculty Personal Purchase Only (2020-2021)" product from the list of products for sale (discounted pricing will display for students registered for the current or next semester).
Click on "Add to Cart", "View Cart" and "Proceed to Checkout"
You will receive an email from Adobe when your license is provisioned (usually within 24 hours).
Faculty
Faculty may request access at no additional cost using our online request form (click this link).  Click on the "Make a Request" link once you have signed in.
Personal Purchases
Personally purchased licenses can be completed through the UNM online store.
For additional information or questions, please contact swdist@unm.edu.
Signing In
On the sign-in page enter your unm.edu (or salud.unm.edu for UNM Health Sciences accounts) email address and click "Continue." You will be redirected to UNM’s LoboAuth authentication page or the HSC login page, where you will enter your UNM credentials and password.
Once you have successfully logged into your Adobe Creative Cloud account, you have access to cloud-based applications (e.g. Spark, Portfolio), resources, and file storage.
You can download and install the applications on your personal laptop or desktop (e.g. Photoshop, Audition). There are also a number of applications that will run on mobile devices (e.g. Premiere Rush, Xd).
For Desktops and laptops, we recommend installing the Creative Cloud Desktop application available from the Creative Cloud website once you have signed in. Rather than going through the browser-based sign in, this application will give you quick access to the suite of Adobe applications without having to go through a browser.  Many UNM computers already have it installed.
